This charming boutique hotel in Merida provides a cozy, relaxing atmosphere perfect for couples. The outdoor showers and pool were highlights, offering a tranquil escape from the heat. However, there were some issues with Wi-Fi connectivity and housekeeping taking items after cleaning that detracted from the experience. Overall, it represents good value for a comfortable stay.

This quaint boutique hotel offers a peaceful retreat in the heart of the town. The staff is incredibly accommodating, going out of their way to ensure guests have a pleasant experience. The room we were assigned was a bit dark with just a small window in the bathroom, but the outdoor shower and overall design made up for it. The location is convenient, close to shops and attractions, but slightly away from the hustle and bustle. The breakfast could use some improvement compared to the overall experience.

The room was comfortable, though dark and on the smaller side with limited natural light coming from the bathroom window. The outdoor shower was a unique and enjoyable feature.

I had an incredible stay at this boutique hotel in Merida, perfectly located in the heart of the town. The staff were genuinely warm and helpful, making me feel right at home. The highlight was definitely the room and its amazing outdoor shower. The only downside might be the lack of a more extensive breakfast menu, but it was still very enjoyable. Overall, I truly recommend this gem for anyone visiting Merida.

The staff is genuinely eager to help, which made my stay even more enjoyable. However, I would have appreciated better cleaning of the pool and a few more amenities in the room.

The hotel had a charming design and was conveniently located just a short walk from the Cathedral. I loved my room that opened onto the garden, and the small pool area was beautifully landscaped. However, the lack of pool steps made it a bit tricky to get in and out. The staff were incredibly helpful and made my stay memorable, but the TV channels were unreliable and I faced some issues with housekeeping.
